Ernesto Rincon is a Marine Corps veteran and lifelong Las Vegas local with a passion for helping dogs and their owners. Growing up with dogs and volunteering at animal shelters, Ernesto’s love for animals continued through his military service, where his interest in training was sparked by seeing the Belgian Malinois in action. After adopting his own Malinois post-service, he found himself challenged and fully immersed himself in dog training.

Ernesto takes a personalized approach, tailoring training to each dog’s unique needs and temperament. His mission is to help dogs gain confidence and guide their owners in strengthening the bond with their pets. Seeing the transformation in dogs, as they gain confidence and overcome behavioral challenges, is the most rewarding part of his work.

As the owner of Off Leash K9 Training Las Vegas, Ernesto is committed to educating dog owners and ensuring long-lasting results for every family he works with. His goal is to help as many dogs as possible through effective, results-driven training.
